Youth Foundations Class
This class is designed to provide young ballet dancers with a strong foundation in ballet techniques. Through a combination of strengthening, conditioning, and stretching exercises, students will develop the skills necessary to progress in their ballet training. This class is two classes in one; ballet class and strengthening and stretching class, bundled into one. The students will be guided through various levels of ballet techniques to help them reach their full potential.
Adult dance classes
Looking to add some fun and movement into your life? Our class is open to anyone 18 or older who wants to get active and have a good time. Instruction includes aerobics, conditioning, stretching, line dancing, and "Sassy Expressions" to add some extra spice to your dance and movement journey. Join us and let's get moving!
